About the event
We believe that a Trainer who is attempting to operate at their highest level takes Lesson Planning seriously. We subscribe to the assertion that, "Failing to plan is planning to fail," because we have experienced it for ourselves. It may sound cheesy, but it's true!
In our own coaching, and in our endeavors to coach other coaches, we have seen it again and again...
Those who wish to execute on the mission of delivering an excellent service to their athletes and clients are better able to do so with a purposeful plan in place.
But...how do we do that? Few coaches are asked to practice this regularly, and even fewer are given a framework for how to do so. Our goal is to demystify this process and give you real, actionable objectives that you can put into practice in your daily coaching. We'll cover the entire lesson planning…
